At Kid Lennon Merch, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, this Refund & Returns Policy explains your options.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In the same condition as received

    • In the original packaging with all tags attached

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Limited-edition or signed merchandise

  • Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale”

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item (for a different size, color, etc.), please contact us first at kid@kidlennon.com  to confirm availability.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at kid@kidlennon.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
